Daxko is seeking a Demand Marketing Manager to develop and implement high-impact marketing programs driving new business opportunities.
You'll own demand generation strategies, optimize marketing campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to boost pipeline growth and revenue. This role is ideal for results-driven individuals passionate about B2B marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Daxko's products, brands, and market positioning to drive effective demand generation.
- Research and refine ideal customer profiles and personas, understanding their pain points and buying criteria.
- Plan and execute quarterly demand generation campaigns (events, digital marketing, sales campaigns, SEO, paid media, email nurturing).
- Collaborate with content, web, paid media, and events teams for effective execution.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, identifying gaps and aligning with business objectives.
- Manage budgets, ensuring efficient marketing investment allocation for maximum return.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of tactical goals for the demand marketing team.
- Review and quality-assure marketing deliverables for brand consistency and quality.
- Expertise in email, digital, web, and content marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding SaaS marketing KPIs and benchmarks.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) with experience managing web content, email campaigns, landing pages, and event copy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in demand generation marketing.
- 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience in a demand generation role.
Nice-to-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Experience in the fitness industry.
