Designer has a unique understanding of strategy and a talent for creative development and meticulous execution. This role will work collaboratively across the organization, as well as work independently. Some jobs will require collaboration with an external agency to partner on ideas and visions, while others will require hands-on efforts with internal teams. A digitally native craftsperson and expert in concept development, the designer will deliver high-quality projects to drive brand experience and demand generation.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Director and teams to concept, develop and execute world-class digital experiences and campaigns.
- Partner with various stakeholders across the company to bring the brand to life in engaging ways in traditional and digital experiences.
- Create scalable systems and guidelines for corporate ID (Core visual ID, Events, Workplace, Social, etc.)
- Develop creative ideas meeting project KPIs; test and iterate when necessary.
- Work cross functionally with key marketing leads to present creative concepts and solutions against briefs.
- Ensure brand consistency and highest quality of design across all projects.
- Understand and share insights on design and industry trends.
- Think big while operating at the finest level of detail.
- Be a self-starter while collaborating with teams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
Requirements
- BA or BFA in Art/Design or other related design discipline.
- 8+ years experience, with 5+ years in art direction and design in a creative agency or in-house team.
- B2B / tech experience a plus.
- Experience developing projects with creative agencies and internal creative groups; global experience is a plus.
- Experience in digital and campaign brand creative with a rich portfolio of best-in-class work.
- Outstanding presentation skills and proven ability to produce and pitch presentations to teams, agencies and leadership.
- Hands-on expertise in developing design solutions and campaigns across major digital mediums (websites, display, advertising, film, websites [desktop/mobile], digital products, social, and content marketing).
- Expert knowledge of the creative process (discovery, positioning, brand direction, socialization, activation).
- Expert craftsperson with tools, understanding how to build and scale world-class digital experiences.
- Digital-native, living and breathing digital media, tapped into the forefront of social and digital culture.
- Expert knowledge with all digital creative software tools (Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro).
- Strategic thinking with exceptional communication skills, building support for creative concepts and ideas across varying stakeholders.
