Digital Campaign Manager at Catch22.
Sitting within the Employability team, the Digital Campaign Manager will play a key role in driving the success of the Digital Skills Academy programme.
This includes leading on referrals for 16-18 cohorts, building relationships with educational institutions, and promoting the 'Train the Trainer' AI programme.
You will deliver and expand communications strategies for employability programmes, focusing on digital and external training initiatives.
- Creating high-quality content for website, social media, and promotional materials.
- Planning and delivering impactful events.
Main Duties & Accountabilities:
- Design and execute creative digital campaigns to raise awareness.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand the Academy's network.
- Engage with organizations to promote responsible AI use.
- Create compelling digital content.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars.
- Support programme and campaign delivery.
- Some facilitation and face-to-face delivery may be required.

Organisational Relationships
- Reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
- Closely works with the Partnerships team and Communications team.
- Represent Catch22's communications team at partnership meetings.
Requirements:
- GCSE 5 levels A-C or equivalent professional experience
Salary: £31,980 - £40,508
Hours of work: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Flexibility: Remote working with national travel required.
Screening: Enhanced DBS check.
