Full-Time Digital Designer

iKTribe is seeking a creatively driven Digital Designer to craft high-converting digital assets.

You will design compelling visuals for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements, focusing on optimizing user experience and maximizing conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality digital assets (website graphics, banners, social media visuals, email templates, display ads).
• Create engaging UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop motion graphics and animations for digital content.
• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams.
• Innovate and elevate the brand’s digital presence.
• Execute design projects with developers, marketers, and content creators.
• Translate complex ideas into user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
• Maintain and organize design assets for efficient workflow and collaboration.
• Optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring responsiveness and high-quality rendering.
• Test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in digital design, graphic design, UI/UX, or a related field.
• Experience in an agency, e-commerce, SaaS, or performance marketing environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects) and Figma.
• Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages, email templates, paid ads, and social media creatives.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, usability, and user psychology.
• Proficient in automation tools and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress).
