Summary:We seek a creative UI/UX designer to participate in all design phases, from conceptual design to production. Key responsibilities include establishing visual integrity, interaction methods, and brand consistency for our products. A significant initiative involves reactivating old users/subscribers through targeted emails and ads. This role will also contribute to a major brand refresh. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and the marketing team will be essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop UX and UI designs (concepts, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
- Create style guides, mood boards, and systemize visual design.
- Design marketing materials (digital ads, social media, email campaigns).
- Create UI assets and vector icons.
- Manage the marketing creative toolkit.
- Conduct user research and utilize behavioral data for insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team.
- Advise the team on UX principles and best practices.
- Communicate design processes and solutions to stakeholders.
- Understand technical and business requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and design tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in app development (UX/UI).
- Expertise in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Proficiency in prototyping software (Figma, Sketch).
- UI/UX design best practices expertise (mobile-first, responsive).
- Ability to create complex interactive prototypes.
- Proven ability to adapt to visual style and build upon it.
- Experience designing cohesive customer journeys (marketing campaigns, landing pages).
- Experience contributing to brand refresh initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience with character animation.
- Experience with cancellation/reactivation journeys is a plus.
Total Compensation:$100,000-$120,000 USD. Salary may vary based on experience and location. Age of Learning offers generous benefits.
