Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes.
- BA/BS degree in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle.
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing people and/or leading design teams.
- 9+ years in UX Design and/or Interaction Design.
- Portfolio of work samples.
- Ability to distill complex problems into clean solutions.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Obsessed with UX perfection in an iterative and agile environment.
- High level of initiative and good sense of humor.
- Experience creating content/designing with WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA guidelines (a plus).
Compensation: $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
Note: Base pay is a guideline; individual compensation varies.
