Full-Time Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

Be in charge of the Lumiform design. Focus on UX rather than UI.

• Design desktop and mobile applications.
• Improve UX/UI of apps.
• Transform design challenges into user flows, wireframes, prototypes.
• Develop information architecture.
• Get inspiration from customer interviews, competitor research, and product analytics.
• Iterate designs with product managers and developers.
• Create handovers for developers and answer their design questions.
• Provide feedback on implemented designs.
• Work closely with the product manager and developers.
• Have regular catch-ups with the founder.
• Occasionally assist with website, marketing, or sales designs.
• Manage part-time freelancers (e.g., motion design).
• Bring your design ideas to reality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years commercial experience as a UX/UI or Product designer.
• Software and mobile app design knowledge.
• Analytical and logical thinking.
• Detail-oriented.
• Creative with an aesthetic eye.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.
• Autonomous worker.
