As a Digital Experience Manager on the Web Experience Team, you'll manage and support the maintenance, operation, and development of mission-critical websites.
You'll lead day-to-day web experience programs including:
- Gathering functional requirements
- Designing and overseeing development of new experiences
- Implementing content updates
- Planning and testing integrations
- Validating digital tools
- Making key decisions based on user data and feedback
You'll interface with internal and external IT/IS teams for successful web project development and deployment, and partner with business units for web experience needs.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
- 3+ years experience creating, building, and managing websites
- Proficient in editing tools, content curation, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Responsibilities:
- Manage website portfolio operations, maintenance, and administration
- Develop & implement elegant interfaces and designs for enhanced customer experience
- Produce and publish new digital content creatively
- Enhance existing systems
- Conceive and develop new features
- Understand platform frontend and backend technologies
- Develop, evaluate, and oversee A/B testing implementation
- Oversee, edit, and drive onsite content to improve customer engagement
- Develop and refine repeatable success procedures
- Oversee website standards (images, graphics, videos, artwork)
- Audit content for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with teams (agencies, product managers, creative team, IT)
- Monitor and analyze website traffic for customer acquisition insights
- Keep track of web technology developments
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years managing websites
- Experience with image editing tools (Photoshop, XD, Figma, Illustrator)
- Experience publishing and curating website content
- Content Management System (CMS) experience
- Experience defining value-added platforms to support business initiatives
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Moderate/high-level proficiency with database queries, Microsoft Excel, and Access
- Understand website architecture, internal search, and URL structure
- Working knowledge of web analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, UX, or related field
- Attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and willingness to learn new skills
