Full-Time Digital Learning Designer

Digital Learning Designer will play a key role in administering Rise Up LMS, using data to identify skill gaps and foster new learning opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote growth and development. Bring creative flair, in-depth knowledge of inclusive learning methodologies, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline. Craft engaging, inclusive learning materials to support business initiatives.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe AfterEffects for video editing, screen capture, and animation.
• Extensive instructional design experience, applying it to material creation and delivery.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
• User experience and graphic design skills.
• Scriptwriting and voiceover creation.
