Full-Time Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager

• DATA, REPORTING & ANALYTICS: Maintain and evolve our marketing analytics stack, Build custom dashboards, Run A/B and multivariate tests, Implement automated dataflows, Prepare performance summaries.
• TECHNICAL & STRATEGIC SEO: Own keyword research, Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager, Work with developers to implement best practices, Create high-impact SEO content, Use Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Stay updated about the fast-changing LLM/AI landscape.
• PAID MEDIA & GROWTH MARKETING: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, Manage tracking setups, Leverage automation and bidding strategies, Stay ahead of changes in algorithms and trends, Experiment with landing page variants.
• COLLABORATION & STRATEGY: Work closely with our Content Marketing Manager, developers, and sales team, Participate in growth brainstorming and planning meetings, Suggest new channels, tools, or tactics to support our strategic marketing goals.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of GA4, SEO, Google Ads and performance optimization.
• Experience with technical marketing tools: GTM, WordPress CMS, CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), Marketing Automation (Zapier, ActiveCampaign).
• Proven track record of driving traffic and leads via both organic and paid methods.
• Analytical mindset with excellent reporting capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least C1 level).
• Experience in working in a remote-first environment.
