This is a remote position. We are seeking a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Assistant to support portfolio directors across companies including technology, SaaS, fintech, and fashion. The ideal candidate will handle social media, database management, research, supplier liaison, and telephone follow-ups.

Work Environment: Full-time role with fixed shift times (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday), time-tracking software, active participation in team and client calls with camera ON, consistent availability, and long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Manage accounts, content creation, scheduling, engagement, track performance, suggest improvements, Klaviyo (EDMs) and customer management, creator and influencer sourcing & liaison
- Marketing & Database Management: Maintain databases, ensure data accuracy, draft and send bulk emails
- Market Research: Research market trends, competitors, leads, prepare reports
- Liaison with Suppliers: Source and liaise with suppliers, coordinate orders, handle enquiries, negotiate terms
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing or administrative role
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Canva, HubSpot, Shopify, Klaviyo, and social media platforms is an advantage
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
- Bi-monthly payments
- Overtime and holiday pay
- Probation: 6 months, then annual leave and sick leave
