The Digital Marketing Associate Director will be responsible for driving digital strategy and tactics for SpringWorks’ commercial product(s), as well as other clinical-stage programs. This role will enable high-impact product, and disease communications across all digital channels. This role will be responsible for the development and deployment of digital tactics inclusive of CRM, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, targeted media, and third-party platform communications. This person will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of all marketing websites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies trends and insights to optimize spend, performance and ROI.
- Oversees the development and execution of different innovative solutions to advance our decision-making capabilities and improve the way we engage with HCPs and patients throughout their journey.
- Evaluates emerging trends and implements marketing strategies in various channels – personal promotion, non-personal promotion and congresses.
- Utilizes audience research and trend analysis to develop supporting modular, personalized content.
- Evaluates customer research, market conditions and competitor activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Role Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
- 7+ year experience in a pharmaceutical brand marketing role
- 5+ years in a digital marketing / multi-channel strategy role
- Patient marketing and HCP marketing experience required; rare disease experience preferred
- Deep understanding of multichannel marketing tactics and digital channels
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess business results of marketing tactics, define appropriate KPIs, and maximize value of marketing investment.
- Strong grasp of pharmaceutical MLR process including submitting and managing projects in Veeva PromoMats
- Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, WordPress, Google Marketing Platform (specifically Analytics and Tag Manager)
- Strong understanding of regulations involved with marketing pharmaceutical products .
