Full-Time Digital Marketing Director

• SEO, AEO & Website Optimization: Own and evolve Redzone’s global SEO and AEO strategy to maximize visibility and qualified traffic. Stay ahead of the evolving AI search landscape, building best practices for AI Engine Optimization. Lead website strategy and conversion optimization.
• Paid Media & Demand Generation: Own and optimize global paid media investments across programmatic, search, and social channels. Drive ROI through agile testing and continuous optimization. Build and execute ABM programs.
• Technology, AI & Analytics: Partner with Analytics to define KPIs and reporting frameworks. Champion AI-driven marketing initiatives. Evaluate, pilot, and scale emerging AI marketing technologies.
• Leadership: Bring strong cross-functional influence and collaboration skills. Coach and develop team while cultivating a culture of curiosity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within software/SaaS.
• Deep expertise in SEO, with proven success driving growth through organic and AI search optimization (AEO) required.
• Strong track record of website conversion optimization and lead-generation strategy.
• Proven success across paid media, ABM, and digital demand generation.
• Advanced understanding of marketing technologies across SEO/AEO, CMS, ABM, and analytics.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial tech, or connected workforce solutions is a strong plus.
