We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Director to build Silvaco’s digital engine from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to architect and lead a high-impact global strategy spanning paid media, organic channels, SEO, content marketing, and marketing analytics—with a clear mandate to deliver measurable revenue impact, lead generation, brand visibility, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a data-driven, multi-channel global digital strategy aligned with brand, revenue, and growth goals. Build and own Silvaco’s global presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Meta, and international social media platforms that provide measurable ROI. Drive awareness of Silvaco’s leadership in semiconductor and photonics innovation.
- Performance & ROI: Define KPIs in partnership with CRO and CEO; manage reporting dashboards tied to revenue outcomes (pipeline, SQLs, webinar and events engagement, brand equity). Set up robust end-to-end conversion tracking (e.g., site visits → webinar signups → lead scoring). Launch scalable paid media campaigns using test-and-learn frameworks to optimize ROI.
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Lead creative strategy and execution for multi-format content across platforms. Amplify technical leadership through executive visibility programs and strategic storytelling. Capture and repurpose content from webinars, events, research partnerships, and press moments.
- Automation, Analytics & AI Integration: Introduce advanced marketing automation and AI-assisted tools for audience targeting, lead-gen automation, and performance analytics. Establish best-in-class marketing automation and email workflows for nurture and re-engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, FAEs, Legal, and HR to develop messaging that attracts customers, investors, and top talent. Lead internal/external teams (creative, media, performance) to deliver digital excellence at scale.
Qualifications and Required Experience:
- 10+ years in digital marketing.
- Experience designing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for more than five years.
- Proven track record building high-impact marketing engines from scratch.
- Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, paid media, analytics, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, ChatGPT/AI tools).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills tailored to technical and investor audiences.
- Hands-on leadership style with experience managing lean teams and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- Experience in B2B tech (semiconductors, software, or deep-tech preferred).
