Job Details
- Lead and grow the programmatic media buying team.
- Develop and implement upper-funnel programmatic strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Maintain relationships with DSP partners, SSPs, and data providers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and programmatic innovations.
- Mentor, train, and motivate the team.
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: DSP, SSP, DMP, Ad Exchanges, RTB.
- Hands-on experience with major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
- Strong expertise in strategic planning and building media mixes focused on brand awareness KPIs.
- Proven track record of managing $100K+/month budgets.
- Experience working with first-party and third-party data, segmentation, look-alike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience in building and developing a team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English for communication with international partners.
