Full-Time Digital Marketing Manager

Omtera is seeking a highly driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of its digital presence and lead generation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Develop high-quality, conversion-focused content (landing pages, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, case studies).
• Drive and manage SEO strategy (keyword research, technical audits, content planning).
• Manage website performance and conversion rate optimization.
• Build and track performance dashboards to report on KPIs, focusing on lead generation.
• Collaborate with partnerships and sales teams to align campaigns with go-to-market strategy.
• Take full ownership of the digital lead funnel, from awareness to conversion.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech consulting.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Demonstrable SEO knowledge and experience.
• Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Results-oriented approach with a track record of measurable lead generation achievements.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
