Full-Time Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview: Trella Health seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to translate strategy into results by executing marketing plans creatively and precisely.

Responsibilities:

• Own and elevate Trella Health's digital brand presence, leading strategy, design, and execution of high-performing web experiences that drive engagement, conversions, and brand storytelling.
• Design and deliver compelling digital and print content (emails, social media, ads, event materials, presentations, collateral).
• Lead advertising efforts across digital and print, handling campaign concept development, creative design, budget, ROI management, and alignment with brand goals.
• Execute and optimize SEO strategies for improved visibility, ranking, and organic traffic.
• Partner with the Content Specialist to develop scroll-stopping social content, ensuring brand alignment and engagement optimization.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance (web and social), using insights to inform content, design, and campaign decisions.
• Support cross-functional marketing efforts, managing tools like live chat and meeting schedulers, and enhancing presentations.
• Partner with PeopleOps to support employer branding via digital content and campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand application across all marketing touchpoints.
