We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will support our marketing team in maintaining and enhancing our online presence. This role involves uploading and managing product listings, ensuring content accuracy and consistency, and assisting with social media and digital marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Product Upload & Website Maintenance: Upload, update, and maintain product listings across company websites and online sales channels. Ensure listings are accurate, well-organized, and visually appealing. Apply basic SEO principles.
- Content Accuracy & Quality: Regularly review and correct errors in product listings. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing content.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing Support: Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms. Support online promotions and seasonal campaigns. Use tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Monitor website content and product issues, providing timely feedback. Suggest improvements to enhance the customer’s online experience. Stay informed on industry trends.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing team members to ensure accurate and timely updates. Maintain clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or website content management.
- Experience with Shopify, Retail Express, Canva, Adobe, or Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and content organization.
