Cority is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy focused on increasing organic and paid traffic, improving engagement, enhancing user experience, and optimizing search engine results.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization (Google Ads, Bing).
- Leverage a holistic strategy and coordination of search marketing activities across paid and organic channels, considering social media opportunities.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of an ongoing SEO program.
- Consult on multi-lingual, multi-regional, and global SEO strategy.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in digital marketing activities related to lead generation campaigns.
- Develop, implement, and optimize link-building strategies.
- Manage updates and conversion optimization strategies for advertising channels (paid social).
- Ensure leads are accurately routed to internal resources.
- Evaluate the quality of leads and optimize conversion rates.
- Manage and report on campaign and channel performance.
- Drive A/B testing process within SEM and landing pages, reporting and acting on results.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources on SEM & SEO priorities.
- Collaborate with solutions marketing and brand communication teams on ad copy and landing pages.
- Support the optimization of digital operations through marketing automation tools, CRMs, websites, and other marketing technologies.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, focusing on B2B SaaS or software.
- Background or experience in relevant industries (e.g., environmental, health, safety, sustainability, quality).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO and SEM (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn).
- Experience optimizing paid advertising channels.
- Knowledge of digital and search marketing trends.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Ability to operate and excel at strategic and tactical levels.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, XML (some to advanced).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and how to align digital marketing with customer journeys.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong, reliable internet connection.
