Full-Time Digital Marketing Specialist

Experian's Integrated Marketing team seeks a detail-oriented digital marketing specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute SEO strategy for revenue generation, improved organic rankings, and increased online traffic/conversions.
2. Assist in digital project execution, web updates, stakeholder management, and project implementation.
3. Maintain Wrike project calendar and oversee web initiative timelines.
4. Manage and optimize Drift chat performance, including AI updates and chatbot flows.
5. Lead adoption and updates of 6Sense digital tools for improved lead tracking and engagement.
6. Own website analytics and reporting, consolidating insights for stakeholders via Adobe Analytics and internal dashboards.
7. Support digital marketing tool and account management, tracking expenses and allocating licenses.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on reporting metrics, KPIs, and tool adoption.

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in digital marketing & technology integration.
• Experience with chatbot platforms (Drift preferred) and AI-based optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like 6Sense or similar.
• Expertise in web analytics & reporting tools (Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics).
• Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Jira) and maintaining execution calendars.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
