Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow media plan and understand relevance to client’s target audience.
Craft digital ads meeting client objectives and advancing digital/social media strategy.
Participate in multiple projects from planning to campaign ending.
Support media plan and proposal implementation for various brands.
Familiarize with current media channels and advertising options.
Compose, gather, and check campaign materials before kickoff.
Launch and monitor social advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
Monitor live campaigns, especially during peak seasons.
Optimize campaigns per platform for strict KPIs and lowest cost.
Prepare paid advertising performance reports.
Track ad spend and conversions.
Send spend reports, profit sharing, and campaign invoices to Senior Media Coordinator.
Refer to Senior Media Coordinator for daily updates and pending materials.
Conduct user research to understand customer needs and improve user experience.
Stay aware of latest trends and innovations.
Develop knowledge of various platforms and pass certification tests (e.g., Google Ads, Snapchat).
Brainstorm advertising solutions, discuss client requirements, and coordinate marketing activities.
Adhere to Intouch policies, procedures, and business ethics.
Promote and maintain Intouch culture and spirit.
Nurture creative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Communication, or related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience (digital marketer, media planner, media coordinator).
Experience in media agency, creative agency, or company’s marketing department.
