Full-Time Digital Visual Designer Manager

Seer is a remote-first agency and Certified B-Corp. This role can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego if desired.

Role Overview:

This role demands deep passion for aesthetics and visual storytelling. A strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise is essential. The successful candidate will collaborate with UX/Brand designers to create visually appealing digital designs (websites, apps, social media). This role is key to the visual direction for a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs for websites, paid campaigns, and other digital touchpoints, serving clients from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 100 companies.
• Partner with Creative Directors and leads to establish new design standards.
• Develop and implement design strategies aligning with client objectives to create visually stunning and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Brand and UX teams to iteratively refine designs based on feedback, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, including Generative AI.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of agency Visual Design experience.
• Jaw-dropping digital portfolio.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative execution skills focused on measurable results.
• Excellent presentation skills to clearly communicate design concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects.
• Deep understanding of industry standards and Generative AI.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Motion graphics experience is a plus.

90-Day Goals:

• Successfully integrate into the team and play a key role in clients’ digital design strategy.
• Improve client online presence and meet objectives through design contributions.

Compensation & Benefits: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
