Lantern, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Campaign Operations to lead our print and digital marketing operations.
This role will oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring that our messaging reaches healthcare members effectively and consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of both print and digital marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign execution, leveraging technology and best practices.
- Utilize analytics and insights to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines, maintaining the integrity and trust of our healthcare services.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of both print and digital marketing channels, including direct mail, email, social media, and online advertising.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a similar highly regulated environment is a plus.
