We’re looking for a Director, Corporate Public Relations to join our Marketing organization.
Lead Procore’s global corporate PR function and maintain/strengthen the company’s external reputation, supporting key business, company, and campaign initiatives.
Partner with Procore leadership, the Global PR team, and regional agencies to drive awareness of Procore and its partnerships with the construction industry.
Drive Procore’s Corporate PR program with business/financial acumen, knowledge of the business and tech media landscape, and reputation management expertise.
Responsibilities include driving Procore’s financial/earnings media strategy, building out Procore’s M&A communications playbook, and overseeing reputation management/incident response programs.
North American PR Strategy: Lead the strategy and execution of PR campaigns (product launches, company milestones, Groundbreak). Drive media coverage tied to product, company, earnings, and campaign news.
Corporate Events: Lead PR strategy/planning for Groundbreak (media logistics, content development, activity planning, interview preparation).
Agency Management: Serve as primary contact for North American PR agency to drive Procore awareness in media.
Campaign Activation: Work cross-functionally to develop/execute proactive/reactive programs aligning with corporate initiatives.
Content Development: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to generate content (media pitches, corporate blogs, external speaking opportunities, press releases).
Requirements include 12+ years of experience in Corporate Communications/PR, preferably with in-house/agency experience in high-growth public SaaS companies.
A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field is preferred.
Must have executive presence, strong communication skills, financial acumen (M&A/financial/earnings experience), ability to balance short/long-term goals, results-driven approach, and strong attention to detail.
Base Pay Range $172,000 - $236,500. Eligible for Bonus.
