What Does the Director, CX Strategy Do?
EVERSANA Intouch is seeking a Director, CX Strategy with experience leading a team and creating customer engagement. The CX Strategy team develops personalized cross-channel solutions focused on individual needs. They leverage data (demographic, research, behavioral, self-professed) to deliver timely experiences. Expertise in web and email, along with experience integrating new channels is crucial. The role requires a strategic lead on their brands, presentation skills, and collaboration with cross-agency partners and clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead development of large, personalized, cross-channel experiences
- Develop thoughtful, innovative solutions based on research and data
- Identify opportunities to personalize experiences across channels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create solutions inspiring brand tactics
- Establish and grow internal and client relationships
- Use analytics to optimize customer experiences
- Closely work with planning, creative, and analytics teams to develop impactful experiences
- Contribute to new business efforts showcasing CX strategy capabilities
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of digital/multichannel CX strategy experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership skills (team building and cross-functional leadership)
- Must be able to create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that tell a story using strategy, insights, and data
- Basic understanding of marketing cloud platforms is required
