The Opportunity Identified digital customers spend at least twice as much per annum than those in non-digital relationships. We call them active users, and we have over 160m of them across 50+ markets, with an ambition to grow this to 250m by 2027.

Key Priorities A key priority is the MyMcDonald’s Rewards program. We plan to evolve its core proposition to be the next generation of loyalty. This role will be a strategic partner in delivering this strategy to the global loyalty team.
Key Responsibilities (next 12 months) Lead a complex program to build a long-term loyalty partnership strategy, enabling customers to earn and burn points with selected global/local 3rd party brands.
Scope & Accountabilities
- Support Regional CMO in evolving the consumer platform strategy to achieve 250m ambition by 2027.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in understanding the digital landscape.
- Support markets in designing, operating, and improving loyalty programs.
- Understand and manage merchandising (menu boards, kiosks, app, web).
- Build a compelling narrative for all McDonald's system touchpoints on the digital engagement strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve active user engagement and NPS.
- Lead the McDelivery strategy for the region, guiding operations, marketing teams, and stakeholders to capture growth and follow operational standards.
- Lead Media strategy, representing Latin America in the Media Council and supporting in JBP negotiation.

Skills & Experience Required
- 7+ years marketing or digital experience.
- Digital expert with knowledge of key themes in digital marketing.
- Experience in loyalty program strategy and program management.
- Experience working with agencies, markets, and stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent Spanish/English.
- Strong consultant skills and knowledge.
- Skilled at leading by influence.
- Strategic thinker with enterprise thinking.
- Integrated marketing background/experience.
