The Director of Field Marketing leads the strategic translation of brand vision into winning local execution for the US market for both Jägermeister and Teremana Tequila. This role serves as the critical bridge between brand strategy, sales, and trade marketing.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Serve as liaison between brand and sales teams.
- Oversee Execution of Programming: Oversee execution of central programs assigned to the market, ensuring results are captured.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency in all regional marketing efforts and materials.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on regional marketing & sales performance. Use data insights to refine strategies.
- Local Team Collaboration: Work closely with local teams to understand their needs. Provide marketing support to achieve regional targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gather insights into regional customer preferences.
- Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- People Leadership & Development: Manage, develop, and mentor a team of field marketing professionals.
- Business Performance & Insights: Track and analyze commercialization KPIs, including velocity, distribution, and program ROI.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 8-10 years' experience in regional or field marketing. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal and public speaking skills.
