Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Global Director of Sales to promote our Luxury and Lifestyle brands in Eastern Europe.

Primary focus: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Baltic States.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow business from existing luxury partners (including consortia and travel advisors).
  • Generate new business to maximize transient revenue, profits, and market share.
  • Business development and prospecting in the region.
  • Engage with luxury travel agencies, identifying new opportunities, providing assistance, training, and support.
  • Develop account strategy and activation roadmap, marketing & sponsorship activities, and client presentations.
  • Promote the Accor Preferred Partner program and the HERA Travel Advisor loyalty program.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual account reviews and market action plans.
  • Provide expertise and support to hotels in developing luxury sales strategy.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database for newsletters and communication.
  • Research new B2B opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in tradeshows, conventions, famtrips, and industry events.
  • Be a brand ambassador and embody Accor’s values.
  • Manage and optimize the budget.
  • Engage on social media and identify opportunities.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in International Luxury Hotel Programs and Luxury Consortias.
  • Excellent relations in the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • English fluency, and at least one Eastern European language.
  • Deep understanding of account management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales procedures.
  • Strong IT skills (Office 365).
  • Understanding and promotion of selling tools and loyalty programs.
  • Understanding of AI tools for project management.
  • Experience with a hospitality CRM.
