Full-Time Senior Events Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities Include:

1. Manage the complete execution and logistics of trade shows and events to meet business objectives.
2. Assist sales and marketing in determining critical trade shows and events.
3. Recommend sponsorship level and staff attendance for optimal brand presence.
4. Collaborate with event leadership and external vendors for efficient and effective results.
5. Secure speaking opportunities at industry conferences and manage event logistics.
6. Negotiate with vendors for best arrangements within budget.
7. Manage all tradeshow services and vendors (orders, registrations, housing, AV, room setups, materials, catering).
8. Coordinate promotional aspects (creating content for booths, websites, emails, etc.).
9. Create event planning and training materials, lead pre-show briefings, and implement post-event follow-up.
10. Track and reconcile event budgets, ensuring cost center chargebacks and future budget estimates.
11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
12. Support survey summary report development and post-event metrics.
13. Support event database and mailing list development.
14. Provide onsite event support nationally.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of corporate tradeshow support experience.
• Understanding of tradeshow production requirements and timelines.
• Familiarity with tradeshow accounting and billing processes.
• Experience working with display houses to create and manage booth materials.
• Project Management skills with ability to collaborate and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative, decisive problem-solving, and strong client interaction skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and successful execution of multiple events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accountability to handle stress and last-minute requests.
