Full-Time Director, Growth Marketing

The Role: We are looking for a Director, Growth Marketing for Australia, to scale digital acquisition and retention efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Execute growth strategy using paid & owned media.
• Develop & implement growth marketing strategies.
• Own the marketing funnel (awareness-conversion-retention).
• Manage paid & organic channels.
• Collaborate with APAC & global teams.
• Partner with regional teams for Australian market tailoring.
• Experiment with new channels, campaigns, and creative.
• Report on key metrics & deliver ROI.
• Build & lead a creator partnerships program.
• Oversee ambassador pipeline & retention.
• Lead media buying for brand & performance campaigns.
• Partner with creative team for development & iteration.
• Develop & manage annual plan & budget.
• Develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of growth marketing experience.
• Understanding of Australian market & digital trends.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail & ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Flexible mindset & ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Strong communication, organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Compensation: AUD 150,000.00 - AUD 190,000.00
