POSITION SUMMARY:We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director, Growth Marketing to lead our expansion in the Iberian market. This role is critical to our growth strategy, focusing on demand generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. As part of our Global Growth team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute localized marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Market Strategy Development: Analyze the Iberian market landscape to identify growth opportunities and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to regional needs.
- Demand Generation: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, outreach, ABM, and partnerships, to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Content Localization: Work with internal teams and external partners to adapt content and messaging for the Iberian market while maintaining brand consistency.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and meet key performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
- Brand Building: Increase brand visibility and establish Broadvoice as a market leader in Iberia through PR, events, and strategic partnerships.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or CCaaS industries, with a focus on the Iberian market.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (native or near native) and strong English proficiency.
- Expertise: Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Outreach Tools, or similar platforms).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to track and optimize marketing performance.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a results-oriented approach.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with a knack for creating compelling, localized campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
