ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Inspire Value Strategy to join the Inspire Value team. This team is part of the Global Sales Strategic Accounts team focused on improving the enterprise software customer experience for exponential customer returns.
We understand industries, customer strategies, and desired outcomes. We engage deeply on how ServiceNow can enable digital transformation via industry solutions and innovative partnerships.
Inspire Value employs the Now Value methodology to create engaging customer experiences through strategic, consultative interactions. Building consensus and alignment on how ServiceNow platform capabilities support executive business transformation objectives is critical.
This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with sales and go-to-market teams to drive exceptional customer experiences throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing strategy and value consulting team.
- Coach and enable consultants to deliver high-quality customer deliverables, including end-to-end content.
- Mentor team members, ensuring engagement and professional development.
- Guide team against measurable goals.
- Foster learning and collaboration with all ServiceNow partners on value management (discovery, analysis, creation, messaging, benchmarking, executive presentations).
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, product, services) on messaging and publications.
- Use data and interactions to provide feedback and identify trends to develop new services and tools.
- Provide expertise to internal ServiceNow departments.
- Facilitate executive workshops and represent ServiceNow at executive forums.
- Identify and lead creation of best practices, white papers, and workshops.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years experience in management consulting and the Telco industry. Experience in media and/or retail a plus.
- Experience inspiring and motivating teams, hands-on coaching skills, solving challenging problems.
- Strong analytical, financial, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new solutions/functional domains.
- Experience with enterprise cloud solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 40-60%.
Compensation:
- Base pay: $190,725 - $314,775
- Equity (when applicable)
- Variable/incentive compensation
