The Role: This role leads B2C global member marketing operations, driving personalized member engagement, operational excellence, and revenue growth. You'll own systems, processes, and data infrastructure for multi-channel, multi-language campaigns. This includes auditing, optimizing, and implementing strategies for personalization, automation, and performance across the member lifecycle. You will also enhance the MarTech ecosystem (Marketo, Blueshift, etc.) with an eye toward AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

The Team: Reporting to the VP of Growth & Engagement, you'll lead a team including a Member Marketing Operations Manager and Email QA Specialists. You'll partner with the Growth and Engagement team, Engineering, Data, and Business Systems teams to ensure system integration and collaborate with B2B Marketing Ops.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years marketing operations & automation, 5+ years lead role, ideally in B2C health/wellness.
  • Proven ability to optimize & scale B2C MarTech.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor evaluations & MarTech stack migrations.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation & CRM, UTM strategy & funnel KPIs.
  • Strong HTML/CSS, responsive user interface design.
  • Experience mentoring & growing a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, airtight QA processes & data governance standards.
  • Deep experience in multi-language, multi-channel campaign execution (email, SMS, push, in-app).
  • Strong grasp of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA.
  • Ability to own work in the details.
  • Effective communication & influencing across all levels.
  • Analytical thinker with BI tool experience (Tableau, Looker).
  • Self-directed & innovative thinker.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI/ML tools.
  • Comfort with SQL or collaborating with data teams.
