What Are We Looking For? Contentstack is seeking a Director of North America Marketing to lead regional marketing initiatives and sales development efforts. You will drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand presence, and align sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute North America marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
- Oversee sales development to optimize lead qualification, nurture strategies, and conversion.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, event, ABM, and partner channels.
- Partner with sales leadership to contribute to revenue targets.
- Amplify Contentstack's presence in North America.
- Work cross-functionally with global marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, and customer success teams.
- Measure campaign success and deliver actionable insights.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborate with external agencies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 10-16 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- SaaS, martech, or related industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of driving demand generation, ABM strategies, and pipeline growth in North America
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinking and hands-on campaign execution
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing/sales platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools)
Compensation: Base salary between $180,000 and $195,000.
