Nift is seeking a Director of B2B Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of all B2B marketing operations. This role involves GTM, company messaging, sales enablement, digital advertising, event coordination, and lead generation.

- Event Management & Coordination: Lead industry events and trade shows.
- Email Marketing & Marketing Automation: Design email nurturing sequences.
- Lead Generation & Digital Advertising: Optimize advertising campaigns.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics: Implement marketing technology stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales and design teams.
What you need:
- 8-10+ years of marketing experience in B2B environments.
- Experience building marketing functions for small companies.
- B2B marketing SME with content development and design coordination.
- Experience with event planning.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency with Marketing to Commerce Media Networks
- Facebook Ads Manager & Business Manager proficiency
