About the role: We are seeking a Director of Customer Success for North America East to manage a regional team and customers. You will ensure customer success and build strong relationships. A critical role to continue building Event Temple's reputation among hotels and venues.
A Day In The Life: Lead a team, ensure VIP customer success, manage onboarding and training, and proactively solve problems. You will foster innovation and drive customer loyalty within the region.
Critical Metrics: Drive customer loyalty, high retention, minimal churn, and revenue growth. Improve key metrics like NPS, Customer Satisfaction, and Time to Activate.
Key Responsibilities: Hire, manage, and retain the North America East team, driving CS KPIs (NPS, CSAT, CSQL, NRR, and Churn). Retain customers, onboard, and train them. Create training materials, webinars, and 1:1 trainings.
Qualifications: Hotel experience as a director of sales or senior sales manager, strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, excellent listening, prioritization, and planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Technology & training experience. Experience with hotel sales software and PMS.
