Full-Time Director of Demand Generation

We are looking for a motivated Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content).
• Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.
• Optimize lead nurturing with marketing automation and CRM.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, product, and field marketing teams.
• Manage budget and track ROI for demand generation activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
