Experian Employer Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategy across mid-market and Enterprise business segments.
You will drive digital transformation, accelerate lead generation, and enhance brand advocacy through the latest digital marketing practices.
Collaborate with and enhance the marketing team's efforts for digital/social, event, webinar, email, client, partner, and product marketing.
Define our digital presence and create a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Platform and Content Strategy: Oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms (websites, landing pages, community hubs, etc.). Use compelling content (rich media, user-generated content) to enhance brand visibility.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Develop a holistic digital marketing strategy, manage marketing websites (SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media) to increase inbound leads and sales conversion rates.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams to provide a consistent brand message. Foster a culture of innovation.
- Demand Generation and Lead Nurturing: Increase website traffic and engagement to guide a robust inbound sales pipeline. Design web-based nurture strategies to convert prospects into clients/advocates.
- Analytics and Performance Optimization: Use advanced marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, conduct A/B testing. Create marketing performance dashboard reports. Improve ROI.
- Marketing Technology Stack Management: Develop and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing tech stack (Google Ads, Google Analytics, 6sense, Salesforce.com, Eloqua). Collaborate with the corporate Experian Digital Marketing team. Utilize other tools like PowerBI, social media management platforms, web chat, lead routing, and content management systems. Consider AI for personalization, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and scaling marketing functions.
