The Director of Executive Communications at Dynatrace will be responsible for shaping and leading our executive communications strategy.
This role involves creating and executing strategic thought leadership campaigns that enhance our brand reputation, elevate our executive reputation, and drive our business objectives across global markets.
Ideal Candidate Profile: A seasoned communications professional with a strong understanding of the technology landscape, exceptional storytelling skills, strong executive presence with multi-stakeholder management, experience managing executives across a global stage, and a proven track record in broader corporate communications, including crisis communications, messaging strategy, corporate reputation, and management.
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans to convey the company's message and vision to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the executive team to understand their communication needs and provide guidance in crafting their messaging.
- Write and edit compelling communications materials (speeches, presentations, talking points, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all executive communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and news for thought leadership and proactive communication.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and other teams (PR, content, brand, events) to ensure messaging alignment.
- Manage and coordinate media interviews and speaking engagements for the executive team.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of executive communications, recommending improvements.
- Train and coach executives on effective communication techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (media, analysts, customers, employees).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and ensure consistency across channels.
- Stay updated on company news and developments for accurate and timely communication.
