Full-Time Director of Finance

We are seeking a finance leader to oversee FP&A and drive FP&A and the broader financial strategy. You'll shape the company's resource allocation and provide key insights to leadership.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting: Drive annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with objectives.
2. Strategic Resource Allocation: Assess financial implications of large-scale initiatives (game development, new product launches). Analyze resource allocation across companies to maximize efficiencies.
3. Board & Executive Engagement: Serve as key financial liaison to the board, providing data-driven updates on performance, strategic initiatives, and opportunities.
4. Operational Efficiency: Design and monitor metrics for financial performance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Support system evaluations.
5. Strategic Growth & M&A: Opportunistically evaluate acquisitions of legacy live operations game companies.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of FP&A experience, operational finance, and strategic financial capacity.
• 3+ years of experience in a software company.
• 1+ years of experience interfacing with Product and Data teams.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
