Director, Global Marketing position is responsible for leading the marketing function for the Diagnostic & Genomics (D&G) Business Unit. Manages a global team, handling financial delivery and budget management. Develops and implements best-in-class marketing strategies supporting product and service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies to achieve sales & profit goals.
- Develop, optimize, and execute a digital strategy for lead generation and eCommerce.
- Drive automated marketing platform usage.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the marketing team.
- Understand customer needs to optimize targeted marketing and positioning.
- Develop fact-based metrics and marketing dashboards.
- Develop and maintain brand and positioning strategy for D&G products.
- Manage external supplier relationships (marketing agencies, industry orgs).
- Collaborate with regional teams to build coordinated sales & marketing strategies.
- Support key opinion leader relationships.
- Manage and optimize marketing spend within budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in science (chemistry preferred).
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience (Life Sciences preferred).
- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, market research, brand management, and product positioning.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related scientific discipline. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in strategy development and deployment.
- Life Science industry experience preferred.
