Why This Role is Exciting:
As the Director of Global Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our strategic partnerships and technology ecosystem.
- Strategic GTM & Launch Leader: Define our strategy and lead GTM planning and launch execution for new joint solutions.
- Lead the Ecosystem Narrative: Define the joint value proposition, messaging, and positioning for our most strategic partnerships.
- Market To/Through/With: Create a process and program for marketing to partners’ clients and to partners’ employees.
- Be the Expert for Partner Value: Act as the internal and external expert on the competitive advantages and use cases enabled by our partner ecosystem.
- Partner Enablement & Sales Acceleration: Act as a strategic thought partner with our Partner Sales and Alliances teams to build the playbooks, joint content, training, and resources necessary.
- Content & Campaign Cornerstone: Develop messaging, joint presentations, solution briefs, and other content that serves as the foundation for co-marketing campaigns.
- Competitive Intelligence: Help direct our partner competitive intelligence program.
- Demand Generation Collaboration: Work closely with the demand generation team to design compelling co-marketing campaigns.
- Performance Reporting: Lead quarterly business review (QBR) reporting for the Partner ecosystem.
- Lead, Motivate, and Mentor: Lead, motivate, and mentor a highly-talented team focused on partner marketing and enablement.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate:
- 7+ years of Partner Marketing, Alliance Marketing, or Product Marketing experience at a rapidly scaling global B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience translating technical integrations into clear, value-based business messaging.
- Ability to span both strategy and execution.
- Deep understanding of sales enablement within a partner-influenced motion.
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems, build new processes in a high-growth environment.
