Director of Growth and Retention
About the Role:
Lead growth and retention for our creator community on Mavely. Shape and execute initiatives to support creator success on the platform. Oversee a high-performing team, aligning efforts with company objectives. Develop, implement, and optimize strategies for creator acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth and Retention Leadership: Develop innovative strategies for creator acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers. Establish team KPIs, provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to monitor creator performance, optimize initiatives, and refine processes.
- Creator and Influencer Relationship Management: Deliver high-touch support, education, and guidance to creators. Evaluate influencer performance and optimize engagement strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a key advocate and point of contact. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on campaign goals, creator needs, and broader retention efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven track record managing and scaling account teams in high-growth environments.
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator success, or related roles.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership and team management.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Compensation:
Base salary range: $140,000 - $150,000 + bonus.
