Base salary range: $105k - $130k.
Job Summary: As the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligning with company objectives. This role needs a creative thinker with a proven record of building brand presence, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and fostering internal and external communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement overall marketing and communication strategy to boost brand visibility and drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee content development for various channels (digital, social media, press releases, internal communications).
- Manage public relations efforts, building and maintaining media, influencer, and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in luxury or design space with experience in marketing, social media, or PR.
- College degree in marketing, PR, or communications.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and stay ahead of industry trends.
