Full-Time Director of Marketing

Jacuzzi® Brand, a leading manufacturer of home and outdoor wellness products, seeks a driven Director of Marketing to lead the National Lead Program.

Essential Functions:

• Develop a high-performing team with a positive culture.
• Lead by example and foster team success based on company values.
• Set clear requirements and expectations for team members.
• Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable.
• Optimize current lead sources and drive strong performance.
• Research and implement new lead generation strategies.
• Manage operations, technology, and data analytics for the National Lead Program.
• Establish and implement demand generation strategies.
• Oversee content creation for advertising and lead generation.
• Develop tracking to measure performance by vendor, campaign, and time period.
• Maximize landing page conversion performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Drive continued year-over-year growth while maintaining dealer marketing cost targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience designing and executing lead generation campaigns.
• Experience developing high-performing teams.
• Experience managing a growing marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital Marketing team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
