Design has a seat at the table, collaborating with engineering and product management. Customer & Partner Experience team designs digital experiences for learning about and adopting ServiceNow solutions.

- Drive a consistent user experience across portals and platforms.
- Bring an AI-native mindset to your work, building with AI tools.
- Oversee a portfolio of products, mentor, and manage a team of designers.
- Collaborate with Product teams to deliver great UX.
- Lead user needs assessment, task analysis, and user profiles.
- Rapidly iterate theoretical task scenarios and navigation flow.
- Participate in documentation development process.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in visual design, interaction design, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product or interaction design.
- 3+ years of experience managing design teams.
- Ability to understand and distill complex problems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Obsessed with UX craft excellence.
- Experience with Design Systems.
