Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of internal product descriptions, competitive comparisons, and market research to inform our product strategy
- Direct orchestrated product launches with cross-functional alignment and monitored success metrics
- Guide positioning development through research and consultant feedback
- Ensure precise, regularly updated messaging for key customer segments, and their strategic usage via marketing channels and campaigns
- Ensure website copy, sales collateral, and product explainer videos are clear, engaging, diverse, and high-quality
- Actively develop team members and foster a culture of innovation
