Director, Talent Acquisition EMEA
Drives recruiting strategy across EMEA, leading a team of recruiters and sourcers to bring high-quality talent to the organization.
Your Impact
- Manages the TA department (recruiters, sourcers, and cross-functional ops).
- Builds and implements TA strategy for EMEA Go To Market, Unit42, and associated functions.
- Leads talent acquisition efforts and is a key member of the senior People Team.
- Shapes the strategic direction of workforce development.
- Aligns TA strategies with region's business objectives and cultural ethos.
- Ensures people strategies are seamlessly integrated with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Increases quality of hire using trackable metrics and consulting with business leaders.
- Trains and upskills interviewers to deliver a rigorous and effective hiring process.
- Diversifies the company by coaching the team to deliver diverse candidates.
- Delivers a high-quality candidate experience.
- Hits hiring goals while maintaining quality of hire.
- Delivers global strategy and transforms it into regional strategies.
- Develops a clear organizational design reflecting business needs and strategy.
- Creates and manages team goals based on regional strategy.
- Collaborates with People team in compensation, benefits, operations, and People business partners.
- Stays updated on industry trends and their impact on Palo Alto Networks.
- Travels within territory and to company-wide meetings.
Experience
- Preferred experience at a large technology company.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading large teams.
- Experience working with a Go To Market Sales Function.
- Strong experience working in a matrix structure organization.
- Strong ability to identify problems, review data, determine root cause, and provide scalable solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
- Ability to deliver a structured hiring process and to solve problems holistically.
