We are seeking a Director of UX Research passionate about creating empowering and supportive experiences for employees. Lead a research organization building innovative employee experiences, advanced technology products, and revolutionizing digital workflows.

Lead a UX research team focused on AI-driven product experiences. Own the research program and strategy for a broad product portfolio, partnering with cross-functional leaders.
Grow and mentor a research team responsible for all aspects of user research (planning, execution, analysis, reporting) across the product lifecycle. Communicate research findings in ways that inform and drive key decisions.
- Build and develop a high-performing team.
- Contribute to shaping culture, operations, and talent strategy.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering to influence strategy.
- Guide researchers in generative, evaluative, formative, and summative research.
- Collaborate with research leadership on priorities.
- Partner with Research Operations on resources, vendors, and processes.
- Contribute to internal communications, showcasing research insights.
- Create architectural definitions like user profiles and workflows to shape product strategy.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- Experience with enterprise software and systems design.
- Experience building digital products leveraging AI.
- 5+ years managing a team of managers/researchers.
- 12+ years defining and executing research studies.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology.
- Expertise in UI design, usability evaluation, perception, cognition, task analysis.
- Consistent delivery of actionable research insights.
- Strong executive presence, ability to evangelize research.
- Experience leading hybrid, distributed, global teams.
- Experience in creating new and innovative research programs.
- Experience evaluating conversational AI.
Compensation: $217,500 - $380,700 (plus equity, variable pay, and benefits).
