Full-Time Division Global Quality Head

Division Global Quality Head (M/F) - ref110

As part of the growth of the FCS (Fluid Connector Systems) Division, you are tasked with building and deploying the Division's Quality strategy, in alignment with the global industrial directions established by the Supply Chain Officer.

As Division Quality Leader, your key responsibilities are:

• Assess the current quality landscape across our production units and formulate a strategy for quality globalization
• Develop an international quality network and lead its coordination to drive group objectives
• Evaluate international development opportunities and implement actions for the rollout of the division's strategy
• Oversee and enhance the quality performance indicators for the FCS Division's production units
• Analyze and anticipate quality risks, and supervise escalations and critical customers' complaints
• Consolidate and perpetuate the FCS division's framework of regulatory guidelines and quality standards
• Facilitate communication with other Divisions within the group to ensure a cohesive strategic approach

Mobility: frequent international travel

Degree: Master's degree in engineering science, completed with quality education. A different level of education with significant experience will be considered

Career Experience: Minimum of 15 years' experience in quality within an international and industrial company, on a role dedicated to implementing a globalized quality strategy, ideally in low-volume and mechanical production environment

Foreign language: Fluent in French, German or Chinese a plus

Dedicated skills: Global Supply Chain, Project management, Globalization and change management, Quality group strategy

Qualities: Leadership, adaptability, proactivity, strategic vision
